Kelly Lowe or "Ping" as we at TIBA know her, was born and raised in a modest and loving family in a multi-cultural country of Southeast Asia, Malaysia. Due to the country's diverse population, she is multilingual. Ping grew up watching multitudes of Hong Kong movies, listening to Casey Kasem's American Top 40, and reading Mills and Boon romance novels. She is a big fan of Elvis and Hello Kitty. Ping is quite the animal lover and is especially obsessed with her senior Shi Tzu Teddie.

Ping considers herself a lifelong student of the natural way of the universe. She is a big believer in destiny and events that happen in our lives are for a reason. She enjoys serving others and making this world a kinder and better place.

Barely two years in her new environment, fate intervened once again. This time a chance encounter with the owner of TIBA, Nuhad Khoury.

Over the 21 years since 2003, Ping has worked in various capacities at TIBA, her favorite is being in operations. She describes herself as being highly introverted and prefers to work behind the scenes making sure things are organized and running smoothly. Her colleagues, "friends", she has worked with for decades, and long-time customers of TIBA, also see Ping as a friendly, knowledgeable, and loyal front-of-house (reception and sales) asset.

Ping, now the Operations Manager, expresses that she is extremely excited to be part of the new evolution of TIBA Boutique Spa and can't wait to continue to grow with such an amazing company.
