Reservation agents will be delighted to assist in planning your TIBA experience, including the best sequence and combination of treatments. The earlier you reserve your appointment, the more likely you are to receive your preferred date and time. Guests 18 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. When making reservations, please let us know if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant or have any other health concerns.
If you are under a physicians care or on any medication, please inform your service provider prior to your treatment or session. Furthermore, if you have any physical problems, ailments or existing injuries of any kind, inform your therapist so they may properly care for your needs and prevent possible re-injury. If at any time during a session you feel uncomfortable or want the service provider to reduce pressure, stay away from a specific body part or have any other concerns, please immediately inform your therapist so they can adjust their technique, or the delivery of the treatment.
Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. Gentlemen, if you choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours before your appointment time.
We encourage you to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed, and the full value of your treatment will be charged.
We would like the environment to be relaxing and soothing for everyone. Please respect the right to privacy and a quiet environment for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and we ask that you turn off all pagers and cell phones.
Dress in comfortable clothing to enjoy your TIBA experience. Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you prefer. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner so that you are always covered. If at any time you are uncomfortable, please inform your therapist. Service providers will inform you of the proper level of clothing for effectiveness and enjoyment of the specific wellness treatment. Disposable undergarments are provided upon request.
Valuables and all personal items will remain with you during your time at Tiba. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted for services. Payment is accepted prior to treatments at your request.
Please present gift cards upon arrival. Treatments, services and prices are subject to change without notice.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being charged the full value of your service.
Multi-service appointments require 48 hours notice. Same day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full value of the service(s) booked.
Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our guests. It is customary to provide a 15% - 20% gratuity for services. Groups do require a 20% gratuity for services.
